Karthik K Iyengar | President
Karthik has more than 18 years of IT experience and specializes in Data Analytics. Karthik is passionate about giving back to the society and CLLF is a cause that closely resonates with his philosophy of helping the underprivileged children in India and around the globe. Karthik is also part of the Emerging Leaders Council at Bottomless Closet and has advised the council on financial management, fundraising and event management. Karthik's vision for CLLF is to scale the organization up to be able to support at least 25 children financially so that lack of funds is not an impediment for quality health care.

Larry Pfeifer | President & Founder of Consortium Networks
Larry Pfeifer is President and Founder of Consortium Networks. Larry has more tan 25 years of IT, IT Security and IT Sales experience. As core principals to the Consortium Network- altruism and charity are of most important. The Consortium Networks has helped over 10 charities this past year as part of their business model. Larry and his family is very active in the community working on various charities and hosting a homeless feeding every month.
Prashanth (Shawn) Doss

Management Officer
Prashanth (Shawn) Doss is Consultant to the President for the San Francisco 49ers. In his role, Shawn is responsible for overseeing special projects within all verticals for the 49ers and 49ers enterprise. Prior to joining the 49ers Shawn was a consultant for Legends Hospitality Management managing the sales and marketing of Atlético de Madrid’s state of the art Wanda Metropolitano stadium.Shawn managed ticket sales and service at a high level as Vice President with the New Jersey Devils & Prudential Center. In New Jersey, he was one of the lead architects of the industry changing flex membership program that has revolutionized the way teams sell sports tickets. Shawn began his management career at the Atlanta Hawks and Philips Arena. He started his career selling tickets for the Phoenix Coyotes & Jobing.com Arena.Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and graduated with honors with a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia University. Shawn lives in Jersey City with his wife Jacqueline and two kids- Naulakha and Luciano.
Pranav Pasricha
Board Member
Pranav is an entrepreneurial Insurance and Technology leader with a track record of building
businesses from a very young age in different continents and industries. He has worked in
diverse fields including, Consulting, Outsourcing, Insurance and Technology and lived in 6
countries. He is currently the Managing Director responsible for Global Property and
Casualty Solutions business of Swiss Re, the world's largest Reinsurance company. In this
role he overseas the incubation and commercialization of leading edge technology to solve
some of Insurance industry's biggest problems and making the world more resilient.
Prior to Swiss Re, he incubated Intellect SEEC, a Big Data, Cloud and ML based Insurtech
company from the ground up to be a global leader in its field with over 700 people and
operations in 5 countries. Prior to that he was responsible for Strategy, Technology and
Operations of QBE Insurance across Australia Asia Pacific.
As an industry thought leader, Pranav is actively involved in advising both Insurers and
Technology companies. He has held multiple Board Director positions, been a key note speaker
at various industry events, profiled on the cover of 4 Fintech magazines and been advisor to
multiple InsurTech start-ups.
He grew up in India, is no stranger to travelling and has lived in six countries to date. He
speaks three languages and is a dual citizen of Australia and New Zealand. For the last
seven years, Pranav has been living in NJ, USA. He is married to Tulika, with 2 boys – Shrey
20 and Ayush 16. His interests include photography, golf and cooking
Ethan Capri
Board Member
Ethan Capri is the Founder and CEO of Capri Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC, a full service
bookkeeping agency providing outsourced Bookkeeping, QuickBooks and Payroll services.
Founded in 2008, Capri Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC, was built on Ethan’s desire to help small
business owners succeed. As a small business owner himself, he knew the dilemma of juggling
every aspect of a business. Ethan combined his love of numbers and his passion for his local
community and Capri Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC was born. As his client list grew, he knew
that he wanted to focus on working with businesses both small and large to save them time,
money and improve their business and bottom line.
Prior to founding Capri Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC, Ethan was the Controller of a
Philadelphia
finance company for five years. During this time, he honed his skills in finance management,
team building and business administration.
A graduate of Drexel University, Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration.
When not hard at work for his clients, he dedicates his time advocating for other small
businesses and giving back to families in need. He is a contributing sponsor for Legacy
Treatment Services, Ronald McDonald House and Teen Challenge, all nonprofit organizations
committed to the well-being and healthcare of deserving families.
Additionally, Ethan is a member and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Unite Cherry Hill
and
previously served as Budget Director and VP for Haddon Township Athletic Association.
Ethan lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with his family. In his free time, he enjoys
boating,

Neha Bansal
Executive Officer
Neha has been one of the initial members of the CLLF team. She focuses on fund-raising and sharing the impact of funds raised with our donor community. Motivated by her personal experiences, she is highly passionate about providing better health care for children in India. On her professional side, Neha works as a Product Manager at Google. Prior to Google, Neha worked for five years in Management Consulting, with Fortune 200 Financial Services clients. She has lived and worked in the US, UK, South Africa, China and Israel. Neha has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University in New York City. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from LSR in Delhi University.
